You have had my puppy since February 21st. First you need $900 for a special crate that would be refundable paid that.

Then you wanted $1650 for pet insurance that was supposibly going to refund $8450. I have sent $3100 to the company and still after almost 3 weeks don't have my puppy. The customer service a John Donovan the person I have been dealing with canceled the insurance because I told him I don't want their money I want my puppy. He had me send him another $300 and he hired a private person to deliver her and he ended up turning around.

So now I'm out $3400. Now he wants me to send him $400 and he will deliver her himself.

I really want her but I think it's all just a big scam. They have broken me

Possible fraud

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The breeder I purchased two puppies from used pet airways to try and ship the puppies to me out of north Carolina, I was contacted by an individual claiming to work for pet airways stating I was required to pay 1350 dollars prior to them shipping the puppies for insurance. All transportation fees were to be paid by the shipper, then they held the puppies and demanded 200 holding fee and refused to refund any money and allow breeder to retrieve the puppies. I believe this is a scam with family cane corso puppies

I paid for a puppy in California and the puppy was supposed to be shipped from California to Alabama. It has been 4 days and I still do not have my puppy. I have an appointment with a lawyer to sue pet airways. I have and email from them telling me that my puppy would be delivered on a certain date and time and the puppy still did not make it to my home.

DO NOT TRUST

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is not a review about Pet Airways in general, but rather the number for customer service I found online. Do not trust this number 888738****!!! They asked me for a card number for a "one time $4.95 service fee" and when I refused to give them my card information over the phone, because I hadn't even received a quote for how much the transportation would be, they hung up on me. SCAM!

PET DELIVERY SCAMMED TODAY - 05/18/2020

I paid someone last evening $500.00 for a TEA CUP chihuahua from Colorado. Now the company, Pet Airways, is telling me that I'm the new owner and need to purchase a special pet carrier with air-condition. I don't have the money to send them. Now they are turning the puppy over to a pet rescue; and they are going to sue me for the Pet Abandonment. What can I do?
